The more precise the input, the sharper the weapon we build.

Every answer below maps to an engineering decision in your build: who your customers are, who you're up against, and what winning looks like. This is where your site stops being generic.

We run a deliberately limited production line: a handful of active builds at a time, never more. Your build slot is currently locked, but the production clock does not start until this blueprint is submitted. Take the time to be precise. Most owners finish it in one sitting of 15 to 20 minutes.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

Have these ready

Two minutes of digging now saves you twenty later.

  • Your logo file

A transparent PNG if you have one.

  • Your Google review link

Or just the Google/Gmail account you use to manage your business on Google. The guide below shows exactly where to find it.

  • The name of your domain provider

Whoever you pay yearly for your web address (GoDaddy, Namecheap, and the like). Check your bank statement if you're unsure.

No passwords needed today. The steps for handing us domain access are just below, and they take about five minutes.

Not sure how to find your Google review link?Watch the 2-minute guide.

On your phone

  1. Open the Google Maps app, search your business name, then tap your listing.
  2. Tap Share → Copy link. That's your profile link, which goes in the form below.
  3. For the review link: signed in as the owner, tap your profile photo → "Your Business Profile" → "Ask for reviews" → copy the g.page link.

On a computer

  1. Go to google.com and search your exact business name. Your business panel appears on the right.
  2. Click the Share icon in that panel → Copy link. That's your profile link.
  3. For the review link: while signed into the owner account, click "Ask for reviews" in the panel and copy the g.page/r/… link.
ONE TASK FOR YOU

Delegate access to your domain.

Your domain is the web address you pay for each year. We need delegated access to it so we can point it at your new website. (That means editing your DNS, the address book that tells the internet where your website lives.) You grant it from your own account: no password changes hands, and you can revoke it anytime. Pick your provider below for the exact steps.

  1. Sign in at godaddy.com → select your name (top-right) → "Account Settings" → "Delegate Access".
  2. Under "People who can access my account", select "Invite to Access".
  3. Enter SP Web Dev & Designs and the email spwebdevdesigns@gmail.com.
  4. Set the access level to "Products & Domains", then select "Invite".

"Products & Domains" lets us manage your DNS but never shows us your payment methods or your password, and you can remove our access anytime.

Don't own a domain yet? We'll register one for you at cost, in your name and in your account. Email me two or three name ideas and I'll check what's available.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Is delegated access safe?

Yes. It's the method registrars built for exactly this. You grant limited access from your own account, you can revoke it anytime with one click, and we never see your password.

What if I can't find my domain login?

Pick "Other / not sure" above and tell us whatever you know. We'll help you recover it, or set up a free Cloudflare account together on a quick screen-share.

Do I need my domain sorted today?

As soon as you can. Your build carries on either way, but nothing goes live until your domain points at it, so this is the one task that can hold up your launch date. If you're stuck, email us and we'll sort it out with you within a day.

Stuck, or your provider isn't listed? Email me and we'll sort it together on a quick screen-share.

⚠️ A note on standards: Vague inputs produce generic output, and we don't ship generic. If an answer needs thought, give it thought. Precision here is what your customers will feel later.
